The Process

You or your architects contacts CBC early in teh design process so that you may take full benefit of our decades of experience in budgeting, value engineering and design management.

Prior to the comencement of construction you sign a construction management contract with CBC. At that point CBC is completely responsible for the construction of your project and the management of all funds related to the construction of your project.

Through its relationship with Trilogy Partners, CBC's resource base also includes exterior and interior design and decorating services.
